Quick & Easy Vegetable Stir Fry With Omelette

  1. Beat 4 eggs. Heat up a little bit of oil in wok or pan. Add eggs, flip half-way through and put finished omelette aside.
  2. Pany fry crushed and peeled garlic in work or pan with oil. Add green beans. Stir fry a few minutes then add water. Boil till green beans are almost fully cooked, then add onions and tomatoes. Season with oyster sauce and pepper.
  3. Serve with rice.
 Quick & Easy Non-Vegetarian Alternative
  1. Same as above, but instead of making an omelette you can add meat (whatever you desire or have handy). We just had ham and salami so we used those.
