Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Heat up wok with oil. When oil is hot, add crushed and peeled garlic and chicken.
  2. When chicken is halfway cooked add bell peppers.
  3. After bell peppers are almost fully cooked add the onion and tomatoes.
  4. Season with oyster sauce and pepper.
  5. Serve with rice.
