Recipe:
- Toast bread and spread mayonnaise and ketchup on it. Add a slice of cheese.
- Pan fry chicken thighs and place on top of cheese (to melt the cheese).
- Beat eggs, add a little pepper and salt and place in heated and oiled pan. Add tomatoes and onions. Flip omelette half-way through. Then place omelette on top of bread, close the sandwich and voila!
