- Heat up wok with oil. When oil is hot, add crushed and peeled garlic and chicken.
- When chicken is halfway cooked add bell peppers.
- After bell peppers are almost fully cooked add the onion and tomatoes.
- Season with oyster sauce and pepper.
- Serve with rice.

Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry
Quick & Easy Vegetable Stir Fry With Omelette
- Beat 4 eggs. Heat up a little bit of oil in wok or pan. Add eggs, flip half-way through and put finished omelette aside.
- Pany fry crushed and peeled garlic in work or pan with oil. Add green beans. Stir fry a few minutes then add water. Boil till green beans are almost fully cooked, then add onions and tomatoes. Season with oyster sauce and pepper.
- Serve with rice.
- Same as above, but instead of making an omelette you can add meat (whatever you desire or have handy). We just had ham and salami so we used those.
Kung Pao Chicken With an Extra Kick of POW POW Spiciness
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 red chillies
1 green chillie
2 thinly sliced boneless chicken breasts
2 hand scoops of peanuts
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of chicken powder
2 tablespoons of rice wine or white wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
a dash of salt
1 tablespoon of coarsely chopped garlic
2 teaspoons of finely chopped spring/green onions
1 teaspoon thinly sliced fresh root ginger
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Prep Work:
- Wash and cut bell peppers and green onions.
- Wash and cut chillies lengthways in half. Remove some of the seeds to make it less spicy.
- Peel fresh ginger. Then cut or peel 1 teaspoon of ginger.
- Peel and slice onion.
- To make sauce mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, wine, chicken powder, garlic, spring onion, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Directions:
- Heat up oil in small pan on low heat. Add peanuts and roast, stirring/flipping every once in a while so they don't burn. Drain oil from peanuts in a sieve and put aside.
- Heat up oil until very hot. Add chicken, chillies, garlic and ginger and stir fry till 2/3 cooked.
- Add bell peppers and stir fry till almost fully cooked.
- Add onions and stir fry for 10 seconds, then add sauce and sesame oil.
- Add roasted peanuts and stir fry.
- Serve and enjoy :)
Chicken, Melted Cheese & Omelette Sandwich
Recipe:
- Toast bread and spread mayonnaise and ketchup on it. Add a slice of cheese.
- Pan fry chicken thighs and place on top of cheese (to melt the cheese).
- Beat eggs, add a little pepper and salt and place in heated and oiled pan. Add tomatoes and onions. Flip omelette half-way through. Then place omelette on top of bread, close the sandwich and voila!
